About Us

The Wardrobe was established in 1987 in Cardiff, by  Mr Manuel Lima & Mr Robert Porter

1989 saw the opening of the second shop open in Newport Town centre

The shops became well established in Cardiff and Newport

2010 saw a major change in the business with the start of the online shop

In 2010 a difficult decision was made to close the Cardiff shop

This is when the website was set up

In 2011 we then opened up a new shop in Cwmbran town centre

In the summer of 2021 we decided to close the Cwmbran shop so that we could concentrate on the larger Newport shop, the website and our social media

The shop is open from 0900 until 1700 Monday to Saturday
